Homs Chamber of Industry has finished the First phase training programme for HRM/HRD in enterprises “Implementation of modern Human Resource Management and Human Resource Development in your enterprise” dated on 02 – 06 December 2006
The training was moderated by three senior and one junior trainer:
Uli Lachenmaier (EU) / Sabine Roth (EU) / Dr. Munir Abas (Syria)/ Kinan Turkawi (Syria).
The training concentrated on the following issues:
- Introduction – theory and practice of HRM/HRD
- Conducting an assessment of current HRM/HRD in an enterprise
- Case study: Approach to the introduction of successful HRM/HRD in a enterprise
- Transfer of “lessons learned” to the real situation in the enterprise.
The training was characterized by a workshop way and an effective participation from the participants part.
At the end of the training , Mr. Ghazi ABOULKHAIR – HCI President and HCI Board of Directors handed over the certificates and took photos with the participants.
